“Great service, friendly staff”
Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel, however Serton who was serving as part of the concierge team was super, and a credit to Hilton hotel group

“Naz - made our welcome drinks memorable”
A last minute request to host welcome drinks for 20 people was made possible by a superb waitress, Naz in the Lagazetta bar. She sourced the wine, prepared an area for us and went above and beyond to ensure we all had a relaxing time. Thank you.
