The place was okay for a budget traveller. Room was clean and reasonably well maintained. Bed was comfortable. There was a good selection for the breakfast. But some staff members couldn't manage English. They were unable to guide me to select vegetarian food. Good access to public transport. Enough restaurants around.

Service: most of the workers were nice, some rude (one guy at te reception does not know how to smile) our room was cleaned and towels were changed as it should be done. The breakfast was not super fresh but it was delicious anyways The room: we booked a room for three. we were in room 307 where you had a view with a dirty building. the toilets could be cleaner. but it was useable if you did not look at every corner. the room in general was big and and it was nicely decorated. eventhough the walls were very dirty when you looked closer. You can hear everything that goes on nextdoor or infront of your room which was horribe. Location: the location is great if you want to go around the city because there are buses nearby that take you everywhere and you are pretty central. there is a grocery store across from the hotel which is great, you also have a dry cleaner and tailor nearby that take care of your clothes realy well and cheaply. there are also many good restaurants nearby and as well as a place to change money to different currencies. the streets in istanbul re generally most of thetime dirty so that's also the case at this place. what I liked the best was that there was a grocery store accross and the breakfast. what i liked the least was that one night our rooms door was suddenly opened. I and my family were so scared. and rudely enough the guy that worked that did not explain himself or apologize. when we talked to the CEO he explained everything to us. There was a misunderstading with another guest. He apologized and offered us a better room. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO THOSE WHO WANT TO SAVE MONEY !!!

“Staff are friendly and helpful ”

Me and my family stayed here for a night and the staff were being friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was fairly big- looked almost like an apartment and was clean however it was warm that night and the ac wasn’t very good also the window was small.
