“Hallmark Hotel & Spa-Istanbul is a great hotel, indeed.”
We stayed in Hallmark Hotel & Spa-Istanbul for a total of 7 days (May 18-20 and May 26-31, 2024). The staff in the hotel are wonderful people, from their two managers to all receptionists, like Alihan:-). They are the nicest individuals and professionals you can find in Turkey. They know their jobs… more

“5 star hotel for an extremely affordable price”
The hotel is boutique and extremely well laid out. We stayed in the executive suite- the bed was absolutely comfortable and everything we needed was there. The staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. Especially one of the managers ( Vedat ) He went above and beyond to help
