“This is the second time I've visited this hotel”
This is the second time I've visited this hotel. The location of the hotel is exceptional—just a 2-3 minute walk to the tram, connecting you to the entire Istanbul. “Celal and Yakup were great!”
We had the best and most helpful service by Celal and Yakup at reception. Nothing was a bother and they provided great service with a smile making us feel comfortable in a new city. Thank you for all that you did, we really appreciated it! Would love to be back to visit you both again.
