The rooms are small, some with a small balcony looking directly over to the travertines. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. For a one nighter it is a good choice in Pamukkale. There are numerous restaurants within 100 metres and the balloon trips are just across the road.

“nice hotel in perfect location within budget”

At the time of checking in, my experience was bad. Arrived at 10.30 am, I didn't asked for early check in but the receptionist guy told me by himself that I have to wait till 2 pm for check in. At the time of checking in, my experience was bad. Arrived at 10.30 am, I didn't asked for early check in but the receptionist guy told me by himself that I have to wait till 2 pm for check in. I requested him to help me bring my luggage from the gate of the hotel. At first he told me to do it by myself but again he came and did it. Than, I told him if it is allowed to bring breakfast at the seating area as my wife is having trouble walking. He replied that he saw my wife came off the taxi to reception area by walk so she can walk!!!how rude!!!again than he said, if you can bring food you can eat it here in the seating area. After a long long bus journey my wife became very sick and was having difficulty in walking and sitting. there was no other guest in the seating area and I asked a staff if it is alright if my wife lie down a bit to take rest. He said ok and my wife lied down in the 3 seated sofa. little bit later, that receptionist guy came and told my wife to get up and seat. She told him that she is sick but he said to get up and seat. My wife became so angry that she called me to take another hotel. To my surprise, just a few minutes later that same guy came to me, said that a guest just checked out and he arranged clean up that room urgently for us so that my wife can take rest in the room comfortably. So he gave us room by 11.30 that is early check in!!!He even helped me to take luggage to my room. I don't know what to say. And the rest of my stay, the same guy behaved so nice with us, helped us in every way, smiled and behave friendly all the time. His name is Memet and I thank him for his service although at first i was thinking to go to another hotel only for him. Now the Hotel. It is in perfect location, minutes away from restaurants and main attractions and transport hub of Pamukalle. Room was small but neat and clean. Toilet was clean as well. view of the cotton candy area is stunning from the breakfast area of the hotel. Breakfast was good as well. there is a small park in front of the hotel which is nice for afternoon time pass. Yes, I will recommand this hotel for short stay.

This little hotel is in a pleasing location, with an unobstructed view of the Pamukkale travertines. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small, basic and clean. Breakfast was acceptable, though choice limited. There are several restaurants, cafes and shops close by, so a good location. There is nearby pedestrian access to the Pamukkale site, if you feel like walking up to the main site. Good stay, given a fridge magnet and bottle of water each when we checked out, which was a nice little touch.
