I stayed at this hotel for five nights. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center while being relatively away from the busiest areas, making it easy to access. The room was spacious, clean, and serviced daily. However, it did not offer any view. The breakfast was good and provided a reasonable variety of options. The breakfast staff, however, were not particularly attentive or efficient. For example, they would ask what you would like to drink, but when you ordered tea or coffee, they often forgot to bring it. Omelet orders were frequently delivered to the wrong guests, and similar mistakes occurred regularly. Management supervision in the restaurant appeared to be insufficient. My main issue with this hotel was its event hall. During four of the five nights of my stay, loud music and heavy bass from events held at the hotel could be clearly heard in my room, which was extremely disturbing. Every time I contacted the front desk, I was simply told that an event was in progress and that I would have to wait until it ended. These events also created parking problems for hotel guests. On one occasion, we had to park about 500 meters away because all parking spaces were occupied, even though on-site parking is advertised as one of the hotel’s amenities. Overall, a hotel is a place where guests come to rest and relax, and listening to loud music until 11:30 p.m. is far from enjoyable. I am actually surprised that none of the previous reviews mentioned this issue. Had I known about it beforehand, I would not have booked this hotel.
