“Fantastic Family Stay!”

OCW was the perfect spot for our family of 5, including 3 grown children in their early 20’s. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo with gorgeous water views and wonderful accommodations. The staff on the beach, at the pool, at the restaurant/bars, and at the front desk were superb. We will be back.

Ocean Club West is centrally located along walkable strips of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and tasty restaurants. The turquoise water is unmatched, and the beach + pool combo is most enjoyable. The staff was kind and helpful. They were most welcoming to their lovely island country paradise. Be prepared for sticker shock on all food and experiences, as TCI bases its economy around tourism. Don't sleep on the tiny bakeries, grocers, and coffee shops to save a little, but retain quality. Taxis readily available for any excursion or outting. We most enjoyed dinner at Marine Room, and most regretted missing the weekly fish fry with locals.

“Great Resort for Families”

Great resort for families, though we did not feel it was really the best choice for a couples vacation. It's a lovely resort though it is a bit dated. Great resort for families, though we did not feel it was really the best choice for a couples vacation. It's a lovely resort though it is a bit dated. There is one pool that is rather large with a waterfall and lots of people, mostly children, were floating around on rafts enjoying a good time. Never saw the pool cleaned and it was covered in bugs. Pet Peeve! The employees are VERY NICE and accommodating as we found at almost every place on the island. Nice restaurant and great cocktails right on site! Close to EVERYTHING; you can walk to town, and take a shuttle to Ocean Club East, included as part of your stay. We took advantage of a ride to the Cabana Bar at East which was great. Very nice location, just not what we were looking for. We booked only a week ahead and we felt we were lucky to find a room anywhere honestly, so we were pleased to find one here. The room we stayed in was ok, a bit small for two w/no place to put our luggage. There was a lovely and large sized lanai which we took advantage of for our breakfast. The rooms have refrigerators and kitchens and food is a bit premium priced at most restaurants, so this again, is a good place to take a family as you can shop at the grocery store (get a cart at the reception desk) and cook in your room, or at least eat breakfast and lunch in and enjoy dinner out. We would consider staying again if we came back with our children and grandchildren. We also got to play pickleball which we enjoyed and it was quite hot but we still had fun. The gym is very nice for a resort of this size, several pieces of equipment and we fully utilized. The beach is very nice; the chairs could stand to be replaced but they do have attendants at the towel stand to offer you towels and some rafts left behind from previous guests which were fun to float in right off the beach. Also, very close to airport, so not a long taxi ride to get here which is a bonus after traveling to get to the island.

Solid 3.5-4 star experience, excellent value for the $. Beach was insanely gorgeous and right next to seven stars and the ritz. Softest sand and turquoise water. Condo is spacious with ocean view, 2 balconies, 1.5 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and full kitchen. Well maintained tennis/pickleball courts and small gym. Super clean, a little dated but otherwise this resort has everything you need for a family of 4. No real full service restaurant - there is an outdoor cafe but otherwise we ate most meals out. Location is walking distance to everything in Grace Bay. Parking is free. The only con was that the lobby/concierge area was small and dated. We usually stay at upper mid-range resorts (Westin, JW Marriott, Fairmont). Highly recommend!!!
