We had a rocky start here. But we were quickly accommodated by Richey who helped solve a room problem we had. He was very helpful as was Michael who made us feel very welcome at casa Nonna! Then we had a problem with the maids and our laundry service but Jean quickly fixed our problem for us. I was up in the air about leaving a good review but my mind completely changed after our dinner on the beach with Kennia who gave us the best service we had had since coming to the Ritz. She was truly a delight and now we shall be returning. I still strongly believe the rest of the staff can improve, but for the ones who saved our trip, thank you so much.!

Our family stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Turks & Caicos from July 3-11, 2026, and I can honestly say this was one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever taken. We’ve stayed at many luxury resorts over the years, but the level of hospitality we experienced here was truly exceptional. Like any vacation, we encountered a few minor issues during the first couple of days. What impressed us most was how the Ritz-Carlton team handled the issues. Every concern was acknowledged and addressed with genuine care, and followed through until we were completely satisfied. That level of professionalism and accountability is rare. A very special thank you goes to Noelia Herrera, Front of House Manager. Noelia went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. She personally ensured every concern was resolved quickly, checked in with us throughout our stay, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to make our vacation special did not go unnoticed. As an apology for the inconvenience, the team sent little surprises to our room. Those gestures spoke volumes about the pride they take in guest satisfaction. My birthday also fell during our stay, and I was overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness of the team. We returned to our room to find balloons, a gorgeous birthday cake, and a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday. A heartfelt thank you goes to Brandy and the entire housekeeping team for making the celebration so special. Their kindness and attention to detail turned an already wonderful birthday into one I’ll never forget. I also want to recognize the incredible housekeeping staff. Our room was spotless every single day, and they consistently added thoughtful touches that made us feel cared for. The bell staff welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived and continued to greet us with smiles throughout our stay. The pool staff were equally outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. What truly set this resort apart was the personalized service. By the third day, it felt like the entire staff knew our family. They remembered our names, anticipated our preferences, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay effortless. It’s difficult to put into words how special that made us feel. It wasn’t just excellent service, it was genuine hospitality. Every interaction felt sincere. Every employee we encountered seemed to take pride in making our vacation unforgettable, and that made all the difference. To Noelia, Brandy, the housekeeping team, the pool staff, the bell staff, and everyone else who played a part in making our stay so memorable—thank you. You reminded us why the Ritz-Carlton name is synonymous with world class hospitality. We arrived as guests, but we left feeling like family. We are incredibly grateful for every kindness shown to us, and we cannot wait to return to this beautiful property.
