This was our 3rd time staying at the Shore Club. All staff were great, however, there were many that really stood out to us and went the extra mile to make our trip special. First, Steve at the Sui Ren bar was absolutely fantastic and made our dinner so awesome that we canceled the next night’s off-property reservation and dined at Sui Ren’s bar with him again. Alongside Steve, all of the bar staff present were phenomenal and treated us extremely well. The ladies at the shop were very friendly and super nice. The service at breakfast was amazing and everyone was very attentive. At the beach, Abner and the rest of the beach staff were very helpful and friendly. Abner even taught us how to drive a Hobie Cat. What a great experience!

“Awesome experience at The Shore Club”

We stayed at The Shore Club 4 nights in mid-March. This was a rescheduled trip from late October. A shout out to Mandy Cameron who helped us reschedule! The resort is beautiful and we like staying on the Long Bay side better than Grace Bay. Long Bay beach is quieter and more relaxed. There's still all the activities available if that is what you want(kiteboarding, jet ski, e-foil, etc). My wife and I had an amazing time despite a little rain the first couple days. The breakfast which is included each morning is outstanding. Make sure to get the fresh pressed orange juice! It's by the back bar area. We never had trouble getting chairs by the beach. The adult pool has fewer chairs, so that my fill up a bit faster. We also hung out by the non adult pools and chairs were available. The pool attendants were all very attentive. We ate at all the restaurants. Almond Tree is a bit more casual. The live music is a nice touch. Try the shrimp mac and cheese appetizer. Yum! Our favorite was SUI-REN. The manager was awesome! We tried several of the dishes and all were very good, I liked the Mahi best. My wife really liked the sushi. We went off property one night and ate at Grace's Kitchen which we really liked on a past trip a couple years ago. The service was below average, food very average for cost. We will not go back there. One piece of advice. The Shore Club has free transportation once an hour to its sister hotels on Grace Bay. Use this option instead of paying for a cab. It would be great if they told us this at check in. Otherwise no issues and we would like to stay again in the future!

The Shore Club is truly a visually stunning property. From our welcome champagne at check in to Richie and the rest of the guys up front putting our luggage in the rental, our stay was wonderful. Having been to Provo many times, I knew it might be windy in March and on Long Bay. It was, so beach time was limited but the pools a beautiful and we had no trouble getting cabanas each day. The first two days we went to the heated pool and Jobe and Louis took amazing care of us. They always checked in to see if we needed anything. The rest of the week we went to the pool by the beach. Service is not as good here but that did not affect our enjoyment. Our housekeeper Elmose took such care each day with making our room clean, I can tell she really takes pride in her work! My only complaint for our accommodations (Ocean front 1 bedroom plus den) was the very musty smell. We have never run into this issue anywhere else on the island. The best part of each day was breakfast while the food was great, our server Delores is one of the most special ladies I have ever met. Delores knew us by name by name a couple days in and I requested her section the first few days. Then, Love and Angie knew we wanted to sit in Delores section and we didn't even have to ask anymore. That is special attention by these two ladies and very appreciated! By the end of the week my family was hugging Delores goodbye and I asked for a picture with her. The Shore Club is lucky to have Delorse working for them.
