We have been going to Beaches Turks and Caicos for nearly 20 years now, but this year’s trip stood out and far exceeded our expectations! We went as an extended family of 9 - 2 grandparents, 5 adults, and 2 babies. Every step of the way, the staff at Beaches found a way to take our experience to the next level. Our Room: We stayed in Treasure Beach Village in room 7507, the Chairman’s 3 Bedroom Penthouse Suite. It was the perfect space for our group, with ample space to gather, get some quiet time, and enjoy the views! The butlers regularly restocked it with drinks, snacks (popcorn, chocolate covered fruit, charcuterie…) and anything we needed! This room also has a double-wide cabana just steps away from the pool and beach. Our Butlers: Claude and Daniel were the BEST team! Anything we needed, they were on it. Lunch delivery to the cabana so we didn’t have to interrupt pool time? Done. Gluten free desserts in the suite each night after dinner? No problem. Tables ready to go for us at breakfast, lunch, and dinner so we didn’t have to wait? Check. Reservations at the spa, as well as Butch’s and Kimonos? Easy. Everything was done with a smile and a “no worries man!” They decorated our cabana and room for the anniversaries we were celebrating during the trip - roses, cakes, balloons, banners, towel animals, and more! They even found our family floats to use for the week in the pools. The babies adored them, and they added so many special moments to our trip. Dining: The restaurants at Beaches are unbeatable! We love the seaside ambiance at Barefoot and Schooners (pro tip - go to Schooners on Friday night around 6… the parade goes right by there!), the antipasto bar at Mario’s, the diverse array of choices at Pinta, the quality of the food at Butch’s, the entertainment at Kimonos (with an appetizer or two at Soy first)… the list goes on! The mac truck, Bella Napoli pizza, the jerk truck, Yoyo frozen yogurt, and Bobby Dee’s were all favorites for a quick bite! Dining with babies in the “real world” can be stressful, but Beaches made it so easy. If we needed to get up and walk around with them, no big deal. If they made a mess eating spaghetti and fruit, the staff came over and swept it up gladly. Pool and Beach: The Treasure Beach pool is our new favorite! The shallow and zero-entry areas were perfect for the babies, and they also loved the splash pad area! With our cabana being right there, we never left and explored other areas, but each pool on property is amazing. The beach is world-class with its soft sand, clear waters, and gentle waves. Staff Shout Outs: I wish we could list everyone who took care of us this week, because truly, everyone went above and beyond to make our trip outstanding! Thank you to Paul and Yves from Treasure Beach luggage services for greeting us and the babies with a smile every time we walked by. Thank you to Shavann from Pinta for amazing service and a sweet smile each time we dined with you. Thank you to Carvel, Michael, and our room’s team from Treasure Beach housekeeping for playing with the babies during your shift and keeping our room spotless! Thank you Andrew from the dive shop for taking care of our group’s undersea adventures. Thank you Cleveland from Butch’s for an amazing dining experience each time we got to see you. “Diver's heaven, Beaches is our happy place”

Our 9th time at Beaches and we can't wait until next year to go back. Our family got PADI AOW certified here and it changed our lives! The scuba diving is over the top FANTASTIC! Big shout out to Johnny , who certified us all in 2011! He leads the dive time with love and professionalism and everyone is so happy! We had a BLAST with Captain Alex, Almani (the original black fish), Wilsi (we loved the foot race underwater), CiCi and Popo. They made the boat rides so much fun and festive. They love what they do and were all so good at finding and pointing out all the wonders of the sea to us. It was like shark week and it was AWESOME!!! We saw nurse sharks, reef sharks, sea turtles, lobsters, the biggest crab I've ever seen! We saw sting rays and barracudas. They are VERY professional and their attention to safety is top priority~checking gear, procedures and keeping the group at the deemed depth. TCI is our favorite place to dive. We stayed at the French Village. We love the vibe and it's our favorite pool. After our dives, afternoons were spent on the beach. We never had a problem finding chairs. The beach wasn't crowded (although the resort was sold out). The resort is so huge that you never have to wait for anything! It takes a while to get your pizza because they are made to order but there is a pool right there with a bar, so time flies. Our favorite restaurants were Chez Paris (shout out to our amazing waitress Danisha), Koi Sushi, Mario's for breakfast and apps at Pinta (fried conch and nachos were delicious). We had the sweetest waitress there! Rochelle was such a cutie and was so fun to have serve us. Butch's steak house was also very good.If you are looking for 5 star food... you may be disappointed (except for Chez Paris, Koi and Butch's. ) We are not foodies so this doesn't bother us. The only "bad " meal we had was Barefoot by the Sea for lunch. We ended our trip with rebooking for next year. Dionna was very helpful and worked with us on dates and pricing. To break it down to Top 5: 1. Scuba diving every day is THE reason we keep going back to Beaches. 2. The beach and water are always beautiful! 3. The resort has something for everyone and our favorite pool is the French Pool 4. The rooms are well stocked with amenities (LOVE the smell of the bath products) and love having a robe in the room. 5. Everything is so clean and the grounds are well-manicured. This is just the top 5.... No matter your age, you need to go for a float in the lazy river and down the water slide! Treasure Village is the newest village. It is beautiful and bougie but wasn't really our vibe ~although the infinity pool is right on the beach and we enjoyed spending our last morning there.

I can’t say enough about how much we loved this beautiful resort. First of all the water at Turks and Caicos is exceptionally beautiful. This was our first visit and the staff was beyond friendly. They were amazingly kind and helpful. Everyone. I have never experienced nicer staff in the Caribbean. The resort is very clean. Many restaurants are available to choose from, whether you want kid friendly fare or a more adult oriented restaurant. The food in most places was mostly great. We especially loved Pintas. . We stayed in Key West Village which was way at the end of this very large resort, however, after walking around we discovered all villages were really nice. We loved the newer Treasure Beach Village. The kids loved the water park with its many slides and lazy river. They also loved Bobby Dee’s where they could get ice cream or milk shakes all day long. One issue was their soda machine was constantly out of soda. The well stocked bars offered amazing drinks. There are pools everywhere, both large and small. The kids would eat breakfast then jump in a pool while we finished our coffee. One thing that is well worth mentioning is that when we left my grandson left his stuffed dolphin in the concierge lounge when we boarded the shuttle to the airport. He was so very upset. I messaged Beaches and asked them if they could find it. They actually responded within minutes that they had found it and was sending it to the airport shortly where we could grab it before boarding our flight. I was amazed that they went out of their way for us. This was exceptional customer service and was appreciated more than words can say. I highly recommend Beaches Turks and Caicos to anyone with a family looking for a fun filled vacation at a beautiful resort on a spectacular beach.
