“Wonderful resort for families”

Excellent service. Beautiful resort with lots to do for all ages. Staff so friendly and attentive. Also great for families traveling with special needs child or adult. All staff were accommodating and friendly but you also can hire a beach buddy to assist directly with your special needs traveler.

I had an amazing time during my stay. The pristine pools, beautiful scenery and delicious food options kept me happy the whole time. My favorite locations were Criketer's, Guiseppe's, Bobby Dee's and Barefoot by the Sea. The people here were so nice but there were a few who stood out like Archie, from guest services; the bartenders Simone, Kevin and Reuben were the best in that order, and finally Joseph, from Bobby Dee's. I would definitely be coming back to this location.

DON'T LET THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS SCARE YOU AWAY!! I read ALL the TripAdvisor reviews of Beaches Turks and Caicos and came away worried that our vacation was going to be a disaster. Instead, we had a wonderful time. The negative reviews emphasized "bad" food, rude/unfriendly employees, outdated rooms, long wait times at restaurants, and inability to get a second round of drinks at meals. We did NOT experience anything like this. Our rooms were nice--better than expected; our food was good at every restaurant with one exception. We never waited to be seated at restaurants, got our food in timely manners, and always were asked if we'd like a second drink. Employees were kind and friendly. We didn't meet a single one in 7 days that was rude or unfriendly. I mentioned one exception to the good food; that was at Mario's, where members of our family felt the quality was lacking. Conversely, we found the food at Arizonas, Cricketers Pub, Butch's, Le Petit Chateau, Bobbie Dee's, Reflections, Guiseppe's, Pinta Food Hall, and Kimonos to be excellent. Our sons and their families loved the resort and took advantage of the many amenities offered from sailing to snorkeling and glass bottom boat riding. The grandkids loved the water park and enjoyed meeting the Sesame Street characters. Although other reviews complain about the "towel game" (i.e. saving chairs with towels), we never had trouble finding seats in shaded areas no matter what time of day we went to the pools/beach. Yes, there were chairs saved with towels on them, but there were plenty of other seats available. This could be because we were there at a non-peak time of year, I guess. In all, we had a wonderful week at Beaches; however, we don't plan to return based solely on the cost of the trip. We didn't feel that we got our $26,000 worth from the experience. We went for a once in a lifetime event to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and took the whole family (10 of us). If you have the money to visit Beaches, go for it!! You won't be disappointed.

Service is spotty. We left two dinners. We had to correct our order two other times. You would expect someone to bring you drinks at the pool. No chance. You have to go to the bar. My wife picked up,glasses left over night. We ended up relying on room service and one reliable bar Bru; so, things did not get messed up. This was my worst all inclusive experience ever. The place is beautiful and everyone is friendly. I felt like we paid for five star and got one. If they hire a sound guest services manager it could correct this. Too many times staff talked to each other versus taking care of guest. I watched a staff member yell at other team members that were slacking. Promote him immediately to enhance the guest experience. I won’t be coming back.
