We had a wonderful stay at Beaches TC, and Georgia from the loyalty team made our experience even better. We were also all very grateful for the work Rassul and Romano did as our butlers. They were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful when assisting us with re-booking our next vacation. The process was seamless and hassle-free, which is a big reason we're looking forward to returning. Excellent service all around! I would highly recommend this property

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at the new Treasure Beach at Beaches Turks & Caicos. The 3 concierge rooms were beautiful, the food was excellent, and there were plenty of options for all ages. Our group ranged from 13 - 76 years old. The Culinary team handled a severe shellfish allergy with great care and helped us arrange dinner reservations for our group each night. Accessibility was a concern because Treasure Beach does not have accessible rooms, but airport wheelchair assistance, a rented scooter at Beaches, a shower chair and helpful resort transportation made the trip manageable. The staff at Pinta's were especially kind and accommodating, and our private charter boat tour was a highlight. We came home with wonderful memories and would highly recommend Treasure Beach for a multigenerational family vacation.

“2025, 2026 and 2027.......”

We are a family of 5 and this was our second time at Beaches. This trip we stayed in a One Bedroom Concierge Suite in the Veranda House. The room was large enough for us, very clean, nicely appointed and the balcony was huge, which we had access to from the bedroom or living room. The Key West Village is very lush, definitely the quietest of all the villages, but you are literally steps away from the Italian Pool. The food was so much better this year, than from our previous trip last year. The water park is great for some fun activity. As for the beach, you really can't find any one better. The sand is white powder, the water is calm and turquoise blue and fish swim around you all day. The two fitness centers are rather small for the size of this resort. Finally, the service was top notch and very rare for an all-inclusive resort. The entire staff at Beaches tries to accommodate your vacation needs. A big shout out to just some exceptional workers; Theresa and Damion (housekeeping). They were patient and kept the room fully stocked. We had a small problem with the room at check-in, but Naomi and Kayaan (Front Desk) quickly resolved the issue at hand. Jaron was our waiter at Butch's Island Chop House and did an outstanding job, which made our dining experience a great one. Romaine (photographer) is a one of a kind comedy show, who happens to take great photos. Finally, if you are looking to book another trip while you are down there, which we did again for next year, ask for Rojay. He is professional, humorous and will assist you anyway needed. Beaches Turks and Caicos, isn't cheap, but the all-inclusive aspect allows the family to truly have an awesome vacation. Next year will be 3 years in a row for us and can't wait to return. Remember, you get what you pay for!

We had a mixed experience at Beaches Turks & Caicos. There were some things we genuinely enjoyed, especially for the kids, but overall the service was disappointing enough that we do not plan to return. Staff and service: This was probably the biggest difference from other Caribbean resorts we have visited. We did meet some very friendly employees, and the bartenders in particular were generally attentive and pleasant. Most of the male staff we interacted with were also friendly. Unfortunately, a significant number of our restaurant-service interactions were the opposite. Servers often seemed reluctant to take our order, sometimes with visible scowls, and drink refills were uncommon. Once the food was delivered, it was often difficult to get any additional service. In our particular experience, most of the unfriendly interactions happened to be with female staff members. That is obviously not every employee, but it happened often enough that it became a noticeable part of the trip. We have traveled to several Caribbean destinations, and the overall warmth and hospitality here simply did not compare well. Beach and water: The water is beautiful. In my opinion, it is significantly nicer than Florida, Punta Cana, or Puerto Vallarta, although I would still put St. John, the Exumas, and Grand Cayman ahead of it. The sand is very pretty, but there was more trash around the beach-chair areas than I expected from a resort at this price point. The beach was also fairly busy. One thing we appreciated is that we were not constantly approached or pressured by vendors the way we have experienced in places like Punta Cana. Excursions booked through the resort were extremely expensive. We ended up speaking directly with someone operating a boat from the beach and arranged a private excursion for roughly a quarter of what we would have paid through the resort. We were able to customize exactly what we wanted to do, and it worked out very well. We also did some snorkeling. I thought the snorkeling was better than what we experienced in Cayman, although not as good as St. John. Kids: This is where Beaches really shines. Our kids loved the waterpark, game rooms, and activities. If your number-one priority is keeping kids entertained, this is probably the best family resort we have visited. There is a tremendous amount for children to do. Weather: We visited during the summer and found it extremely hot and humid. We had previously visited Turks & Caicos in April, and the weather was much more comfortable then. The water was actually clearer on this trip because the ocean was calmer, but personally I would avoid the summer months next time. Restaurants and food: Butch’s Steakhouse was excellent. We ate there for both breakfast and dinner and enjoyed both. Kimonos was a very different experience. We loved it on our previous visit, but this time the food was surprisingly poor. The rice seemed like the wrong type for fried rice and was crunchy. Most of our table left a large amount of food uneaten, and several of us ended up going to the buffet afterward. The show itself was entertaining, so I would still recommend trying it, but I would not be surprised if you end up getting something else to eat afterward. The most frustrating restaurant issue was reservations. We stayed five nights and were initially told that there was no availability for even two people at the steakhouse on any of those five nights. I ultimately spent around two hours trying to resolve it and waiting for a manager before they were able to find us a table. I appreciated the manager eventually helping us, but I hated having to spend part of my vacation fighting for a restaurant reservation at an all-inclusive resort. Concierge service: I would not pay extra for concierge service again. On our previous trip we did not have concierge service, and ironically we felt better taken care of. We did not receive the private check-in, restaurant-reservation assistance, daily check-ins, or many of the other additional services we understood were included with concierge. From our experience, it provided essentially no added value. Housekeeping: Housekeeping deserves a lot of credit. They were consistently friendly and did an excellent job. Our room was kept very clean and well stocked, and they regularly made fun towel arrangements and decorations with rose petals. This was one of the strongest parts of the service experience. Beach hair braiding: One word of caution: agree on a price before allowing anyone on the beach to braid your hair. Our son had roughly 30 small braids done in about 20 minutes. Afterward, we were told the price was $200, which happened to be essentially all the cash we had with us. We should have agreed on the price beforehand, so that was a lesson learned, but we felt the amount charged was unreasonable for what was done. Airport Shuttle: They cram as many people as possible into an old van with no air conditioning. This was my experience both times to and from airport. I was asked to put my seatbelt on and had to remind the driver that my seat had a broken seat belt. I even cut my hand on the metal where the latch was supposed to be as I was crawling into the van. Overall: There are definitely positives here. The beach is beautiful, the property offers an incredible amount for kids, housekeeping was excellent, and we had some very good meals. For families whose main priority is activities for their children, Beaches Turks & Caicos is difficult to beat. Unfortunately, service and hospitality are a major part of an expensive Caribbean vacation, and that is where this trip fell short for us. We spoke with quite a few other guests during our stay, and many expressed similar disappointment with how welcoming the service felt compared with other Caribbean destinations. We have previously had much better experiences at Sandals properties, which made this trip particularly disappointing. Based on this visit, we do not plan to return to Beaches Turks & Caicos, and we will probably look outside the Sandals/Beaches brand for our next Caribbean vacation.
