“Very good for price / value ratio and don't worry there are no prostitutes here”
Only stayed one night inbetween staying at Ayvazovsky hotel and Londonskaya hotel, in Odessa. Unfortunately gym and pool use is at extra charge at Blacksea (otherwise I would have stayed longer) However room did not smell (unlike Ayvazoysyk hotel) at a similar price and was far cheaper than Londons… more

“When the regeneration is finished it will be a good hotel choice for Odessa.”
The eleventh to eighth floors have been renovated and are in a very good condition. But the unrepaired floors are in very bad condition. It is good for hotel guests to finish the renovation immediately. Because the location is very good Odessa.

“Okay Hotel in Town”
Unlike other reviews our room was nice, clean and comfortable – may be the room was recently renovated. Housekeeping needs improving – they skip cleaning the room altogether.
