Excellent service and very hospitable. The service in the lobby cafe, especially by Saikaew was excellent. She was very attentive and thoughtful in providing rapid service to ensure that I did not have to wait very long. The reception staff was very helpful in resolving some issues and a special thanks to May for helping me. The restaurant service at Indigo and Prego's was fantastic as was the atmosphere and live music in Trader Vics. Special thanks to Aye for her excellent service.

“Returning Guests!”

We have stayed here several times. It has changed somewhat since Christmas. All restaurants were good except the Rodeo Grill which has really gone downhill. We have stayed here several times. It has changed somewhat since Christmas. All restaurants were good except the Rodeo Grill which has really gone downhill. The rooms are small but comfortable and excellent housekeeping service, sometimes beds are turned down but plenty of towels given and spotlessly clean rooms. The beach was closed for the whole of our stay but the pool was open and plenty of sunbeds and towels. The main change was that there was no bar open indoors for a pre-lunch drink. You had to sit outside in 100 degrees fahrenheit rather than an air conditioned bar. We usually would have a drink at the German restaurant bar but this and the restaurant is closed now for lunch during the week from Monday to Thursday and there is no other bar open inside for drinks. The Trader Vic's hours have changed too so you cannot go for an early supper or for drinks before dinner as it is not open either. The leaflet with the all inclusive details is out of date and shows the old times. This needs to be updated with times and days that the restaurants are open. Apart from this disappointment the holiday was good and a lovely rest.

Booked with love holidays, all inclusive, upon check in we were told it was only in the Essence restaurant, so we upgraded to include all the restaurants, although limited menu it was still fantastic value, we ate in all but two, and every menu was great, unlimited drinks, the beach was open but closed for swimming, after the storm , they were still cleaning up, but plenty of sun beds on beach, and the pool area was lovely, special mention to Thani , who served us drinks in Beach area everyday, also special mention to Gita in Preggos, Michael in Bauhaus, he was the highlight of our holiday! So friendly, and Raji in Indian restaurant was super, overall , all the staff were fantastic, very friendly and service was great everywhere, except on our last morning at breakfast there was a woman, Rosie, maybe senior management or whatever.. but .. she was completely over rude to younger members of staff, who were clearly doing their best, as it was very busy, she was barking orders , which seemed to unsettle the run of the breakfast rush, I was tempted to approach her and voice my distain at her treatment of staff, but I refrained as I could see the disruptions she was causing, overall we had a lovely enjoyable stay, staff were super friendly , few issues with room card not working in lift everyday, and an overcharge as we checked out, which I’m hoping will be resolved,(staff on front desk don’t seem to communicate with each other) we would stay here again based on staff and service we were given
