I consider Class Hotel Apartments my home when I travel to Dubai for my winter vacation. I have stayed there in 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023. I usually stay for at least one month and its the clean rooms and building in general keep me returning year after year. The staff are extremely helpful. They are easy to deal with and always make sure my stay is comfortable. Karen, Grace, George, Alison, Muhammed, and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would consider Class Hotel Apartments excellent value for money and a wonderful place to enjoy the peace and excitement of Dubai.

“Overall good experience”

We stayed there for three nights. Hotel is clean and apartments nice and good size. Place is quiet and has shops and bars within few minutes walk. Housekeeping staff is really lovely and polite. The most excellent service though was given to us by the concierge by the name of Mohamed. He would absolutely go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. We are very grateful for his help and kindness. One thing that I was disappointed with was the fact that despite booking a cot for a baby in advance one was not available until day two. But even that would not be a reason enough to minus one star. What was quite unacceptable was the state of the cot brought to us. It was spacious and clean, on wheels but the most important factor was missing - the safety. The clips that meant to hold the sides up were almost all missing. It only had three from approx 15. I didn’t realise that until my baby started climbing. I have attached a photo.

We spent a notable eight months at Class Hotels and Apartments, choosing a 2-bedroom apartment for our extended stay. On the whole, the experience was largely positive. The majority of the staff showcased commendable professionalism and were consistently helpful. Given the nature of an apart-hotel, our apartment was equipped with its own kitchen. We also had the luxury of hiring a cook who stayed with us throughout our time. However, a recurring issue we faced was with the cooker hood. It malfunctioned persistently, triggering the alarm repeatedly. Our situation took a turn for the absurd when the hotel manager advised us to cook with our apartment doors and windows open to avoid the alarm. Following his advice, we were then chided for causing a "bad smell" on the hotel floor. It's a clear contradiction; naturally, if we're cooking daily with an open door, some odors will permeate the surroundings. What further exacerbated our discontent was the manager's audacious request. He requested us to refrain from preparing spicy dishes, primarily because our Sri Lankan cook's recipes were apparently too aromatic for the hotel's liking. Given that we had reserved and paid for a eight-month stay, it's unreasonable to impose such culinary restrictions on guests. This incident, unfortunately, cast a shadow over our otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this hiccup with the management, I must commend the other staff members for their impeccable service. The hotel offers good value for money, and it's a commendable choice for extended stays. My rating reflects a two-star deduction solely due to this particular managerial oversight.
