“Pleasant meet”
I was looking for a way how to reach to Dubai mall as a taxi driver dropped me at the hotel. I was pleasantly met by Anastasia who showed me the hotel around and also gave me the guidance. Thank you and will be back for the stay!

“Excellent service”
I had a lovely experience at the hotel thanks to Aya from the concierge team. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was her warm smile which made me feel instantly welcome She is very friendly professional and truly makes a difference in the overall experience
