As a returning guest, Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa is a fantastic choice for a family holiday. Excellent service from wonderful staff, fantastic amenities, very confortable rooms, great kids club; it has all you need for a great stay. We arrived from an early morning flight and Gohar, the reception manager, looked after us with service that is second to none, from that moment all the way through our stay for a week. Some very kind upgrades including for the room and access to the Latitude bar for afternoon tea plus pre-dinner snacks and drinks were a wonderful touch that the family could enjoy. Pooja at the Latitude bar was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed on each visit, taking great care for food allergies, The kid's club is a key part of choosing the hotel, open from 10-19h, it offers plenty of fun, games and activities, especially for children around 6-7 years old. It offers an ideal place for kids to get to know eachother and emet new friends. The glorious swimming pools with plenty of loungers and space in the grounds, plus the easy beach access, offer exactly what is needed for a care-free stay. Well located, with shops and pharmacies across the street and about 10 minutes from the Walk JBR with plenty of restaurants, this hotel guarantees an excellent stay in Dubai.

It’s fantastic hotel with amazing staff. My personal thanks Mr. Gohar A. He is absolutely professional in his job and he likes his job. Because of him our staying here was unforgettable. Thank You so much. We will remember all beautiful moments. peacocks, cats, sunsets, brunch… no words

Lovely hotel great location not too noisy from the hundreds of buildings going up in Dubai and good access to beach. Lovely rooms. Great food. Fabulous restaurants in the hotel and in the grounds. Lovely hotel great location not too noisy from the hundreds of buildings going up in Dubai and good access to beach. Lovely rooms. Great food. Fabulous restaurants in the hotel and in the grounds. I have a feeling there will be some other hotels springing up around here soon, I hope it doesn’t spoil the hotel as it’s lovely the way it is. Really loved it here. Was dubious about coming to Dubai because I don’t really like built up cities, however, this hotel gives a feeling that you are away from most of it and the extensive grounds all help with creating that feeling. I would want to stay anywhere that’s too built up and this hotel definitely has an expansive feel. You can relax here. Previous to booking this hotel we were looking at the five luxury. After walking past it on the beach I’m so glad we didn’t go there as it was noisy with music and influencers coupled with another hotel being built right next to it the noise would have been too much. I will definitely look to return to Le Royal Méridien spa hotel as soon as possible. Was lovely.

“Service gone downhill”

Second year in a row I have stayed here, TBH last year I should have given a 5 star review as it was excellent, everything about it was great. Second year in a row I have stayed here, TBH last year I should have given a 5 star review as it was excellent, everything about it was great. This year however I noticed a significant drop in service throughout excluding room keeping who were amazing. This wasn't for one day but the entire week. The worst we experienced was getting coffee at breakfast outside, 4 times of asking and 45 minutes later it finally came... the coffee at the resort is really bad so it wasn't even worth the wait. Outside service seems chaotic most of the time, especially at breakfast. Poolside service was also mostly poor unless you actually go in to the water and swim up to the bars, last year they were always looking for people, asking if they would like to order etc. this year barely anyone was in sight at either of the 2 main pools we used. When you did get an order you were waiting quite a long time. Bills were bizarre, sometimes they asked you to sign, sometimes they filled it in themselves then chased you later for it as you leave. Sometimes they accepted the shortened version of my name which i always use, sometimes they didnt and i had to update it. All in all, the service was just a chatic mess most of the time this year which was a shame because we really like the hotel, especially last year
