“Excellent Service”
I would recommend Shangri-La to my friends and family. My sister and I had an amazing stay during our trip. Staff are very nice, polite and helpful.

“Shangri-La visit Dubai”
Approximately 20 mins drive from airport and Approximately 10 -20 mins by mono rail to Dubai mall .2-3 small supermarkets mins away , on same side of hotel.Hotel is well serviced and staff helpful , although hotel is located near main road this is not a problem .

“28th Wedding Anniversary”
So glad we chose this beautiful hotel with phenomenal service, luxurious rooms, amazing restaurants. Entire STAFF were so polite and hospitable!! If we visit Dubai again, definitely staying with them !! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel !!

“Nice family trip”
We were 3 adults with 2 kids. Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite + deluxe room both with burn khalifa view on the 39th floor. The hotel was always clean and the rooms well kept.
