My room was spacious, comfortable, and included a desk with a nice skyline city view. The rooftop pool was clean and perfect for a refreshing dip. The hotel is also well located, close to many supermarkets and restaurants.

Everywhere you go you will be welcomed by the staff. I would like to thank the staff epically Ms. Shiwani ! from guest relations and reservation, I had an amazing experience in your hotel. When I called from USA trying to make reservation Ms. Shiwani Took the call she was very friendly and showed her concern and care also handled the situation very smoothly and represented Crystal plaza hotel very professionally.I was amazed for her premium customer service level and positive attitude, also I want to thank Mr. Forqaan from front desk for his excellent customer service and quick check in processing. He was amazing when we called the front desk to ask questions.Our room was prepared very nice and the all the supplies was provided , ,also I would like to thank bellmen and housekeeping outstanding performance , Thank you Crystal plaza hotel Almajaz for having such wonderful staff as part of your team. The hotel is excellent, the staff is polite, the staff is ready to help. There is a transfer to the beach. The food in the restaurant is varied. I liked the New Year’s program, it was fun. what I didn't like: 1) The hotel does not congratulate me on my birthday, although I am a regular customer. 2) The hotel guide, the woman who sits on the ground floor, who gave her permission to sit there? She ruined the whole impression of the hotel. She spoke disgustingly about the hotel staff, about the guides. She does not keep her distance when communicating with hotel guests, grabs everyone by the hand, wants to be too friendly, while she says a lot of negative things about the hotel itself. She imposes her tours on everyone, while saying that it is unsafe to buy tours from guides and is very expensive. She does not give guests a break, imposes her opinion on everyone. There was a case when a woman asked her for help, wanted to clarify where there was a restaurant nearby, to which she sharply replied that ask all questions to your guides, I am not an information desk. How can such an employee sit in such a hotel? How could the hotel allow this, I was very ashamed and unpleasant to watch her behavior. and I will not return to your hotel anymore.
