“Staff”
Massive thank you to Kim who was above and beyond for us yesterday when we were checking in and had some issues. Thanks so much. Little disappointed when we got back to the hotel when the kitchen had nothing available was as if staff couldn't be bothered to cook.

“Great place to stay”
Great stay in Cardiff bay the travelogue is so handy easy to drive to and free parking and just short bus ride to the city centre. The cardiff bay trail is one of my favourite runs and a great cinema with imax next door.perfect.

“Comfortable Stay”
Clean room and comfortable stay. Very friendly staff and check in was easy. Very quiet at night even with a very busy hotel. Parking is free but can be very busy at weekends but nearby parking available. Excellent location! Close to all amenities

While the front desk staff person was super friendly, we had a very musty smelling room and absolutely boiled on a very hot night.
