“Horse Racing Weekend”
Great staff from the moment I checked in.Room double booked but reception sorted it out straight away. Bar staff in restaurant extremely friendly. Breakfast staff including Jose was outstanding couldn’t do enough for us which is very nice. Central location nice rooms nothing to fault.

“Perfect stay”
Room spacious and beds comfortable. Hotel clean and smell lovely throughout. Fresh lemon water on arrival was welcomed. Jose at breakfast was very attentive and went above and beyond. We have a delicious breakfast and pastry to go. We would definitely return

“Nice place.”
We were only at the Park Plaza for one night, going to see Elbow at the Motorpoint Arena. We parked in the bottom NCP car park as it was way cheaper than others nearer, misers!
