“Great welcome and good location”
We stayed at The Quays as we were attending a party in Kelham Island. The hotel is a great location to get to Kelham - just a 10-15 minute walk - and about the same distance into the city centre. “BRILLIANT HOTEL.”

“Really nice hotel”
Booked the hotel as an early break for my birthday. On arrival the car park had plenty of spaces and was free for our entire stay. “Certainly NOT a restful night!!”
Clean room, staff pleasant but my goodness the beds in room 314 were appalling. It wasn't the mattress but the springs supporting the matrass.
