“Budget but very friendly, very convenient location”
It is a students' accommodation, so about 4 rooms share a common kitchen, which is nice. The room itself is very basic, with the typical British carpet; the toilet + shower are ok. We stayed 8 nights and we didn't need to pay for towels or the once-room-refresh, maybe others need to pay extra. Bed … more

“Good stay”
It was fine just one thing that disturbed our sleep was the seagulls noise, if possible do something about that

“Basic but fine”
The location is absolutely great, and we stayed here because it was the only affordable option during the Fringe. The room was spacious, but the bed was very small for two. The room was clean and everything we needed was provided. Not luxurious at all, very basic, but we were satisfied.
