“Excellent on so many levels”
Customer service that goes well beyond. Cracking location so easy to get anywhere with a tram stop minutes away and Princess St around the corner. But I have to thank Jim the Night Manager and Jennifer for the most amazing customer service. Both of you guys are amazing. Thank you once again v

Fabulous one night stay, central to all amenities and transport links. “Very enjoyable stay”
Lovely hotel, rooms are spotless. Food excellent, but best of all is the staff. EVERY member of staff was so polite and helpful. Special mention to the girl who served us in dining room (didn't get her name) and also to Adam - brilliant service. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

“Fantastic for a city break.”
Fantastic 2 night stay in rainy March. The tram which runs from the Airport stops virtually at the front door, all other locations very close by - 5 min walk to Princes Street and 10m from the Old Town. “Whilst friendly and spotlessly clean, room was a shoebox, bed uncomfortable and no lift which posed a problem for me”
First time in probably 25y I’ve had to try and sleep in a single bed/single duvet. The bed creaked awfully if I move and, wedged between a bedside table and a wall, I woke constantly throughout the night hitting elbows, retrieving the duvet from the floor.
