“Gym top service”
The 5 stars is all about the way Katie at the gym treated me after accident to my finger then my locker couldn’t open she was so understanding kind but very good customer care great stuff Katie thank.

“Flags”
I enjoy the stay but was disappointed on arrival only to see the Pride flag flying and not the union flag of cross of St George. Especially since it’s the World Cup. If anything this is not inclusive. All flags should be flying or no flags should be flying.

“Good location but poor service from rude staff”
good location for the NEC. Rooms are nice and clean. Car park is convenient but expensive at £20 but guess that’s due to location . The problem was the huge queue to check in which took 30 minutes. The food at the hotel is too expensive £19.50 for a sandwich is bad. The service at the bar was awful… more
