“Our first stay”
We came here for my partners birthday, Aiden was lovely and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. Being our first stay at a Hilton, it has exceeded our expectations: amazingly clean room, lovely staff. Definitely would recommend and hopefully you will be greeted by the lovely Aiden.

“The Gild Bar”
I had Lunch at The Gild bar and was served by Ibs, who was really friendly and kind, thank you Ibs! I ordered the Cod and Chips which was really tasty and a great portion size. I would highly recommend eating here

“Class service as normal!”
Arrived late afternoon, asked if there were any upgrades available, after checking with housekeeping was upgraded to a penthouse suite, for which I’m very grateful. Well looked after in the exec lounge. Thanks go to Janise and Sufia in the exec lounge and the GRM team for a great experience

“Ali from Gild gave very good service”
We had a bad experience with our room and the pool we gave feedback and Aidan helped. Ali from Gild was amazing he gave good service and Was very personable . Thanks so much . I wish there was more staff like Ali !
