We had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was lovely, with a great variety of delicious food. Manager Karina gave us a warm and friendly welcome, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Padma, Jenisha, Smirti, and Samjana were all lovely, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The environment was warm, clean, and very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time and would happily recommend this place to others.

Overall, the hotel was good. The room was clean, tidy and well air-conditioned, and the staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. However, I do not feel some of the hotel’s internal processes are aligned with the needs of its guests. I stayed for two days and, as a disabled traveller, hotel stays can sometimes involve additional challenges. The hotel is currently undergoing building work, which means a significant part of the car park has been taken over by a construction compound. Parking was already limited, yet builders and contractors were also using spaces that, in my view, should have been reserved for paying guests. More concerningly, disabled parking spaces were being used by vehicles without Blue Badges. I had to ask the hotel manager to have a contractor’s van moved after the people in the vehicle refused to move when I approached them directly. Parking appeared to be a problem for many guests, not just disabled visitors. The food itself was good and arrived hot, but the ordering system was not fit for purpose. We had a table of 12 people and each person had to place their order individually using a tabletop terminal. The transactions repeatedly failed, meaning the very polite server had to take the machine back to the till each time to process the payment manually. A simple pen-and-paper order would have been much quicker and easier for everyone. We experienced a similar issue at the bar. As a large group, we wanted drinks charged to one card, but the hotel would not allow us to open a tab. This meant every drink had to be ordered and paid for individually. I also entered the wrong email address for the electronic receipts, which was my mistake. However, when I noticed, I was told nothing could be done unless I could provide the exact amount of every individual transaction. Most customers would not remember each amount. Offering a paper receipt, allowing a tab, or providing a way to retrieve transactions against the card used would have avoided the problem. The hotel has many positives, particularly the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, the parking arrangements and overly complicated ordering and payment systems made the stay more difficult than it needed to be.
