Excellent customer service, this hotel is a credit to them. For their courtesy, politeness and helpfulness. They make the hotel homely. Always tending to your needs politely and respectfully. “Always a great place to stay”
Great check in experience, very pleasant staff member in reception. Room was great as usual. We ate in the restaurant another lovely member of staff in there too. Good meal deal. This is our preferred Premier Inn, great location

“Friendly, efficient and professional.”
The hotel is quiet and well-run. Room clean and spacious. Food menu significantly upgraded since last year; staff member Jaspreed made a special effort tonadd flavour to standard Caeser salad, demonstrating excellent customer focus.

The staff at the hotel were great. We really appreciated the iced water in reception, fans in rooms and sheets instead of duvets. However the hotel badly needs air con.
