My husband & I have just had a two night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even to the point of giving us clear directions as to how to navigate the one way system, avoiding the bus lanes when we were setting off for home. very basic hotel hotel looks a bit tired and room needed a refresh bed was comfy location of hotel is off the main street of broad street so just be aware of this if you are solo traveller didnt have the breakfast so cant comment on food reception check in was quick
