“A decent hotel in Birmingham City Centre”
This hotel is nice enough, with good facilities. The location was close to New Street Station and the Bullring shopping centre so worked well for us, for an overnight stay. Breakfast was okay, but the man who greeted us there was pleasant and really helpful - his name was Ezra.

“Great Birmingham hotel”
Nice hotel, conveniently placed for Bull ring shopping centre, New Street Station and Birmingham theatres. Lovely big rooms . The staff at breakfast and on reception were really friendly and helpful.
