“Our Wedding, it was a perfect day, staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble”
Wedding weekend, many of our family stayed, it was a PERFECT day, everybody said how beautiful it was. The food was beautiful

“Atmosphere is incredible”
Stayed just one night for a business trip. Hotel staff and leisure / pool staff were lovely. Jane made me feel so welcome at breakfast too! I would stay again and recommend to others. It had a very Home Alone nostalgic feel to it.

Location - super easy to find with a satnav, close to resort world which has a number of stores and nice places to eat. Or even for a walk/run in the evening! “Overall Excellent Value for Money hotel with great staff and service”
Can't beat this hotel at the NEC for value and friendliness, spa is very handy with very warm sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
