Great location, just 6 minutes from train station. Got upgraded to bigger room at no extra cost. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly.

Arrived late, check in staff member was friendly. Room was clear and tidy with good space and a good view. I missed the breakfast and checked out. Overall can't complain.

Came to watch a show it was lovely the hotel didn't have air con in rooms so asked for a fan and when one came available they provided one for us. Very kind and helpful staff
