“My favourite place to stay in Birmingham”
I had another lovely stay at this travelodge. The room was big, much more than others i have stayed in. The bathroom was clean and came with a bath and a shower. “Excellent service”
Never do these things need to highlight the fantastic customer service of Emma P and Jamie (apologies if spelling is wrong). Helped me with a parking concern with clear and accurate advice and were generally a ray of light when you walk in the building. Really friendly

“Okay for price”
Staff were very helpful and polite, but unfortunately the room wasn't very clean. Also the wi-fi was a nightmare to use, even though we'd paid extra for this
