“Lovely hotel bear Stansted airport”
Lovely location. Enjoyed a drink overlooking the lake and then a lovely meal in the restaurant. Super handy for Stansted and so much better than staying in a service station hotel!

“Enjoyed our visit”
Enjoyed our visit, all the staff very friendly and attentive. Food very good. Had a lovely vegetarian dinner served by Amy. We did find the lighting a bit odd, it flickered in the restaurant and was offputting during some meals. The bedside lamps also kept going from dim to even dimmer then sudden… more

“Nice Hotel, Nice Staff but dont expect to sleep”
Used TGHM as a 1 night stay before travelling from Stansted. I cannot fault the acomadation, it was clean. Food pricey but good, the bar staff were exceptional tbf, very friendly and intent on making the meal memorable. However, this is why the TGHM does not get any more than 3 stars from me...don… more

“2nd time staying here”
Second time staying here on a 2 night special offer. Asked if we could have the same room as the first time as we really liked it and they said we could. This time round the room wasn’t the cleanest - crumbs on desk, very dusty radiator, watermarks in bathroom and some other stuff. Staff were great… more
