Absolutely fabulous stay here last night. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, the decor is stunning. Spotlessly clean. Our room was awesome, huge comfy bed. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer, but we will definitely be back.

Stayed at Derby Manor Hotel on the 14th April for 1 night , Myself and partner stayed in the Goodwood suite, it was outstanding , beautiful and luxurious. I would highly recommend staying at hotel as great location and staff are lovely its not the first time I have stayed here thats why I come back again and again great value for money. Will definitely recommend to friends and Family.

Staying here few times before and this time round I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness of the room . Staying here few times before and this time round I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness of the room . I even mentioned to the reception who told us they would pass onto the HK team But as we returned back to our room in the afternoon nothing had been sorted but as it was our 20th wedding anniversary I didn’t want to let it ruin our time way and just left it . All the corners above the bed had lots of cob webs swinging around. There was dirty hand prints on the windows presume from the previous guest which made me feel uncomfortable as shows even the basics were not done . When you pull the bedding back you can see so much hair through the bed sheet stuck to the mattress protector, again I don’t think guests should see traces of the previous guests in the rooms . The room was serviced while we were out and literally all they done was empty our bin and pulled bedding back not even made the bed properly which to me shows the Room attendant couldn’t be bothered with the stay overs or over worked so had to rush . They took dirty towel and didn’t replace it husband didn’t want me stressing so we just shared the towel The iron dripping water everywhere and also marks the clothes last Pat test 2024 So we were too worried to keep using it when marked husbands shirt . I was also bitten on my legs - not quite sure what type bites they are yet as not googled them Another thing I would like to add the public area cleaner was spraying the floor with flash so as I walked down the stairs I slipped I was wearing trainers if I had hills on I would have been on the floor , she was using flash which is lot slippery as there was quiet a lot of it not just a little spray She did apologise but I still think very basic training here needs improvement specially when it comes to the cleanliness As I said our 3-4 th time staying here and this time round I was very disappointed, Next time we will explore other places as This has put a downer on the whole time away specially when we asked reception to pass onto HK The breakfast was lovely and the lady attending the breakfast she was very sweet and lovely. Sorry to say but won’t recommend you anymore
