“Excellent customer service, local knowledge, a credit to your brand!”
What’s an amazing experience at a Premier inn. This is very much thanks to Josh, he welcomed us, sorted our check in, drinks, food. Given the large party we were we thought we would struggle with good customer service, we were wrong. Iris and Josh are an absolute credit to premier inn! Cannot fault… more

“Clean room and easy check in”
It was my first time staying with Premier Inn and it won't be last. Check in was fast and easy, receptionist explained me how to pay for car park and booked me a table in the restaurant. The room was spacious, clean and the pillows were so comfy!

Bit of a disappointment for a Premier Inn. Check was ok, self service machine so couldn’t add on the meal deal like I usually would at check in. Was then directed to do this at dinner.
