“Lovely”
We had our wedding reception here 29 years ago and always like to come back. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The only annoying thing is the cost for parking £10 a night which it outrageous considering you are a hotel guest. You used to get a taken from reception and it was free, not now

“A Lovely Afternoon Tea”
We had a really lovely afternoon tea at the Great Victoria last week. The hotel was fairly busy with a wedding, but we were well looked after by Thomas, who returned to us periodically and kept our teas and coffees topped up. The food was fresh and tasty and enjoyed by all five of us. Thank you!

“Wedding”
Recently had my wedding here. Penthouse suite was exceptional, the planning and reception were phenomenal. Huge shoutout to the lady running the team on the night who integrated and executed her role so well that we actually thought she was one of the guests! Such an enjoyable experience

“Perfect wedding reception!”
We had our wedding reception here and used The Great Victoria's own events planner, along with the Velasco Suite Room. We used the the Penthouse for the day before and the big day itself itself. “Very nice hotel, needs some attention though”
Location is ideal, near the interchange Atmosphere is welcoming Rooms are nice but could have been a little better, TV had no remote and there was electrical tape around the TV frame. Lift has not been working for months according to reviews on Google Good value for money
