“A pleasant weekend stay”
We were welcomed politely and professionally by Lottie on reception. The room was spacious and airy with a large and comfortable bed. The staff on the bar and in the dining room were friendly. All in all, a step back in time to excellent manners, civilised surroundings and good service. Thank you

“Group visits”
Have brought 2 tours this month. (Over 70 people) And can say the hotel is a beautiful old building with character, food is excellent, served by properly trained friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. Bar is sensibly pricrd. Enjoyed by all. led by a superb General manager. Thank you

A no-fuss hotel, stayed here while visiting for a family wedding. Clean, easy to access in the centre and has a car park on first-come first serve basis. Toiletries etc provided.
