“Such a lovely hotel & staff”
Such a lovely hotel. The rooms were so clean & fresh. The staff were very pleasant. We turned up early and they said they would clean the room and let us in early. Such a great location on the beach front. Thank you.

“A lovely break in Brighton”
We stayed at A Room With a View again because we enjoyed it so much last time.It is in a prime location, with parking, lovely rooms and add to that a lovely breakfast and staff,it's exactly what you want.We will be back👍

“Good view but no lifts”
Cute boutique hotel in an old house so be prepared for lots of stairs. Nicely decorated and clean and room was a decent size. I did have a good view and I assume the pricier rooms would have a splendid sea view. Ocean is right across tbe street and the hotel is accessible easily by bus which ks imp… more
