“Very pleasant, functional B&B/Guest House”
Stayed for three nights, great warm welcome and all staff work very hard and are super friendly, good functional room, bed and en-suite, excellent breakfasts, great location and for us everything we wanted for our short stay in Brighton.

“Lovely place !”
We spent last night at this hotel, our 3 children,my husband and I. The man who runs it is absolutely lovely, he is warm and friendly ! The rooms where nice ,fans and extra heater and blankets in the rooms . We would definitely go back! Thank you for making our stay lovely !

“Charming small hotel”
This is a charming small hotel in a listed building. We along with our lurcher were warmly welcomed. The location is excellent and we had a great few days in Brighton.
