Stayed for two nights. Handy location near the pier, room fairly small but adequate. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. Particular areas were the bathroom - shower surround and tiles quite dirty and lots of dust dirt around the radiator. Rather odd hole in the ceiling above the bed which seemed rather odd. Asked for feedback through an email titled 'We’d Love Your Feedback on Your Stay with Us!' I responded with concerns and pictures (three weeks ago) and received no reply, so perhaps were not keen on feedback. Hence this public review. You had the opportunity to feedback and you chose not to.

“An average stay :)”

Location is great, opposite Brighton pier :) Very convenient and easy to get to restaurants, activities etc. The room itself was amazing, not too small not too big, was perfect for me and my partner :) Right in the centre of Brighton beach. Location is great, opposite Brighton pier :) Very convenient and easy to get to restaurants, activities etc. The room itself was amazing, not too small not too big, was perfect for me and my partner :) Right in the centre of Brighton beach. The downsides to this hotel is there’s no reception, so no members of staff on site whatsoever, however, they do contact you quite often to make sure everything is okay and 24/7 security is available. Also, me and my partner barely slept the 2 nights we stayed here as the music coming from the bars at the end of the road were vibrating across the bedroom floor and the walls for hours and hours on end. We aren’t the party sort of couple so we were in bed by 9:30-10 and the music starts at 10pm and ends around 3-4am but it seemed to get louder during the early hours. I can deal with a little noise but this was ridiculous, managed to get 2-3 hours sleep max. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay but we will not be returning x

We booked a night away very last minute and found this place on Air B&B - it was £136 for one night but that seemed reasonable because it was listed as deluxe and in a central location to everything you would want to be near in Brighton ( pier / lanes / bars ) We got there and our code which was emailed to us did t work on the front door. There was another chap outside the “hotel” having the same issue. After several attempts we gained entry to the building and walked up the stairs to our room no9 - the code wouldn’t work to gain entry. We called the number - couldn’t get through but left a message. They called us back and told us the WiFi had gone down and the sort locks had all ceased working. Security were sent with a key and we got in but only after the door handle fell off and he had to fix that for us. Not a great start. Then the room ; it was not deluxe - in fact it was overpriced and disappointing- stains all over the carpet / no toiletries apart from a small bar of soap ( never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t give small toiletries ). Shower wouldn’t drain and filth was coming up through the plug into the tray as I was showering. Positives - clean and comfy bed / eye mask and ear plugs / Dyson fan / clean kitchenette / great location I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was maybe half the price and just as a base for merely somewhere to sleep
