“Quality Coffee Served with a Smile”

“Check In Nightmare”
need to improve check in, 50 minutes is a nightmare to be queued up waiting. We stayed at the Lodge but had to book in / check in at the Aztec hotel across the road. In the past we checked in at the Lodge which was never a problem, the change for checking in now is a nightmare, needs changing back … more

“Ideal room in good location.”
Excellent location. Wasn't clear needed to check in at hotel across the road. Ample parking. Clean rooms. Travel cot available. When needed assistance with extra bedding and tv remote, manager come to help promptly. Good continental breakfast. Vanessa was very welcoming.
