“Tony an excellent Host / Bartender/ Waiter”
Tony was fantastic, the place was very busy and customers were being quite rude - I thought he was very professional and handled the situations really well. Personally I had no issues and he couldn’t have been more helpful and polite - he’s a credit to the Premier Inn team

“Great stay”
Very comfortable and spacious room and bed, well cooked breakfast. Asked to move room due to noise from guest above and extra charge for Premier Plus waived. Zoe and Kimberly both helpful, friendly but professional. Near bus stop, as probably too far to walk into city centre.

“It was Okay for 1 Night”
Good location Good breakfast plenty car park space , outside FREE street parking. Bad bits: room 223 , bathroom Door struggle to open and close. Rubbish left outside the Hotel. Under staffed WiFi terrible on second floor.
