“Family history search in Gravesend”
We stayed for a couple of nights and on arrival on 25th April received a friendly and helpful greeting from the Duty Manager (Sarah). We would also mention the young (to us) man who was front of house at breakfast on Monday 27th May - he was bright, helpful and welcoming. Thank you!

“Best Stay Ever !”
We stayed here for a few nights for work and really enjoyed the stay. We e stayed in Premier Inns across the country as this was excellent and the best we have stayed in. Great food and excellent staff. Sarah and Steve were great !

“1 Night Stay”
After a long week in another Premier inn , work being chaotic , Sarah couldnt do enough for me. Hotel room was clean. Hotel parking easy. Sarah listened to me and helped with all my concerns or frustrations ,nice to have nice staff on reception as this is not akways guaranteed.

“Friendly welcoming”
The staff made it a great overnight stay. staff- front desk pm and am team (Sarah particularly) helped store our bicycles and was most welcoming, thank you
