“Great location and Service”
The hotels location is perfectly located for the historic Dockyard. Also a short walk to the pier area with ole ray of shops and restaurants. “We recommend this TL”
Lacey on reception is fantastic. She is so friendly, helpful and really lovely. We booked the wrong sized room, she realised straight away and sorted us out without a problem. “Not impressed”
Difficult review to write and considering further action. When is it acceptable to take small flaws for the price we paid.
