“We recommend this TL”
Lacey on reception is fantastic. She is so friendly, helpful and really lovely. We booked the wrong sized room, she realised straight away and sorted us out without a problem. This TL is in a lovely location, very close to gorgeous Rochester, but in the middle of the historic harbour. Thanks Lace… more

“Clean room, good staff”
My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights whilst visiting the area. The welcome was very friendly and staff excellent, everyone we dealt with was helpful and pleasant. “Could of been cleaner”
Came to stay here as I was going on the call the midwife tour which is just the other side of the car park and our room wasn't that clean, the toilet didn't flush properly or at times not at all. Thick dust on the bed frame, dirty cups and kettle. The shower floor was dirty.
