“Excellent”
A bit wary from the reviews but it was excellent, quick check in,lovely spotless room,possibly too warm but easily rectified, brilliant location We didn't have a fridge but our son did so don't know what you will get till you book in,will definitely return

“Definitely Underated!”
Definitely underrated! Some poor reviews listed but we found the rooms spacious and clean with a bit of character. Great location for town centre restaurants and racecourse. Staff are helpful and polite...all very good value so a 5/5 from us.

Stayed 1 night in the triple room with a couple of friends to attend a 60th birthday party. Room was surprisingly spacious with a great view at sunset over the rooftops.
