“Great experiance”
I had a brilliant experience at the malmaison, ferris and the night staff took time and made great effort to ensure that are stay was a great and comfortable stay, would 100% stay again and recommend to friends and family visiting cheltenham,

Great location to appreciate Cheltenham’s gorgeous Georgian architecture and the shopping, but also the best of the Cotswolds countryside. A lovely hotel. I was there for both a business meeting and an overnight stay. All of the staff were really friendly and professional, especially Alex the Manager that evening. Great facilities and fabulous food

We got a good deal on club mal rate as we have stayed in other malmaison hotels. Easy booking online and breakfast deal too. on arrival the hotel was very friendly and efficient as were all the staff during our stay.
