“A fantastic base for seeing a delightful town”
Everything was very good and Roy on reception was a superstar. The only issue was my own fault regarding the kitchen facilities, I expected something more but we made do and everything was fine 🥳

“A great location and an accomodation with character.”
Great location for reaching everything in the city on foot. the apartment was wonderfully air conditioned and we visited in the midst of a heat wave. “Fantastic”
We highly recommend Strozzi Palace if you need a clean, modern, extremely well equipped and perfectly located place to stay in the centre of Cheltenham. Super easy check in process to our Palermo Studio which was just perfect for us as a couple. Will absolutely stay again!

“Need to improve the booking process”
Our stay at Strozzi Palace would have been fantastic if not for the booking process. We didn't get the access code until the day that we actually arrived and so, not knowing this, I rang the telephone contact number the day before only to receive a recorded message to say that the office was closed… more

“Average this time”
The stay overall was good, but some aspects not as on previous occassions. I have stayed at both Strozzi and Crescent Place many times over the last 3 years (every 2 months or so) and have always been quite happy.
