We stayed here Saturday to Monday. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The free car parking a bonus. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and in room facilities better than most. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. Sunday it was buffet style because the hotel was full but Monday it was served to your table because there was only us dining. Both breakfasts well cooked and plentiful. Great value hotel compared to the centre of Chester. ( 15 min walk to town or £6 in an uber) Thats cheaper than paying for the parking at the Central hotels. Only thing for me was I like a night cap at a hotel and there wasn't a bar. It resulted in getting a bottle of wine for the room at the local Sainsbury's. Excellent break and wouldn't hesitate to stay again

“Short break”

2nd visit to the Chester court, was impressed again, lovely rooms, excellent breakfast and service from friendly staff,superb location with hoole restaurants & bars etc a short walk away 5 mins, bus stops within 50yds each way for transport to & from Chester, 👍💙

This was a very good two-night stay - great quality and reasonable price despite Chester being busy with events. Initially it was not a good impression, as I had the impresssion I was booked into the adjoining hotel, run as part of the same business, and what appeared to be labelled as the entrance turned out not to be! However, all was smoothed over, and I soon appreciated the comfortable, well-maintened ambience of the place, cared for a by a lovely staff team. I was able to borrow an iron and ironing board, which was much appreciated. The room was the perfect size and cosy, with an immaculate en-suite adjoining. The easiest-to-use shower I have encountered in a long while. As with the whole hotel, there were funkily-stylish fittings around the place, which were in no way out of character. Good not to have banging doors as in some similar establishments. Breakfast was a joy - a good selection and beautifully presented. Although buffet-style, the eggs were cooked to order, which was a good solution. Mushrooms available, rival establishments take note! The staff in the breakfast area were particularly charming and helpful, and explained the area would soon be getting an upgrade - this was good news, though nothing seemed to be wrong with the existing facilities. Conveniently situated, with a street of shops and eateries, which I had not encountered in previous visits to Chester - and a reasonable distance from the railway station. I will certainly not be looking elsewhere on my next visit to the city!
