“Food Allergies & Car Parking!”
We stayed here after a day at Chester Zoo, on our way to Anglesey. It was the first time I'd stayed in a Premier Inn and I was pleasantly surprised and will book them again. “Comfortable stay”
Loads of parking, a handy pub The Mill next door where we had our evening meal. Friendly and helpful checkin staff ( Jason). Comfortable beds as always. Great breakfast. Other travellers mentioned the lack of aircon, it didn't bother us and fans were in the rooms anyway. I'd definitely stay here… more

“Great stay, lovely staff”
When we arrived we were able to park easily as there is plenty of parking. You do have to register your number plate in the hotel though. “Needs air conditioning”
Good sleep but the room could go with a paint especially the bathroom and the hotel needs air conditioning asap….we were visiting the zoo so decided to stay the night this hotel was not cheap infact a bit overpriced for a hotel with no air conditioning when the weather was 31 degrees the staff left… more

“Parking”
Hotel was fine, but ended up with a parking fine, I was told to put my reg in at reception which I did , i wasn’t told that if I went out and came back I had to do it again, i appealed and lost, made me very stressed
