“Worth the visit”
Very nice clean hotel.staff very friendly. E very were was immaculate!!! Could not find fault in anything. Would definitely stay there again.

“Wedding great”
Came here for a wedding and it was brilliant, so well organised by the bride but also by hotel staff. They were there all day and night organising everyone in a quiet way, clearing tables and serving. Everything was lovely I would recommend it .

“Adequate, not superior”
Hotel was adequate, but I would stay elsewhere if visiting Chester again. 4pm checkin is late. Location is by train station, which is some walking distance from old town. Mattresses sagged. No fridge in the room. For the same cost, one can probably do better elsewhere.
