“Hidden Gem”
I stayed for 3 nights and my husband and I great stay we loved our room 30, the hotel is full of character and slightly dated however the staff were very friendly. Rachel who was front of house was amazing very accommodating. She made our stay and we will be back.

Customer service out standing employees were great understanding and so helpful. Chef was amazing and should be kept on full time as kitchen manager his name was pete . “The best staff EVER”
I have never stayed anywhere where the staff are so amazing . Absolutely nothing too much trouble . Cosy fire lit on arrival and our room was lovely and cosy .

“Excellent”
Stayed two nights and had a fabulous time. Rachel and the team really went out of their way to look after us. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent. Great stay.

“November visit”
Staff were extremely attentive, so helpful! The chef was also great. The food was very good. The property’s decor is dated but it’s a lovely old building. The positives outweigh the negatives for sure.
