Lovely hotel and perfect location where it’s quiet but also at the same time close to everything that you might need. Beds are lovely and never a problem when booking a premier inn. Tom was absolutely brilliant, he was very kind, warm and friendly, considerate and thoughtful, but unfortunately, not all staff were.
